Set-up and unloading:

  • You will be able to unload your material from the loading zone on the corner of Claridenstrasse and General-Guisan-Quai or through the main-entrance at Claridenstrasse 3.

  • You may proceed directly to your table, there is no need to check in.

  • We suggest you bring a trolley if you have a large load.

  • Space for cars is limited and parking is only allowed for unloading and loading.


































  • All cars have to be parked in a parking lot IMMEDIATELY after unloading.

  • If you have something that needs to be delivered  please use the information below but items must not arrive more than 3 days before the expos.

  • We ask that you have no more than two representatives per table please.


Table info:

  • For floor plans and table selection click here.

  • Table size: 130 cm wide and 100 cm deep and 74 cm tall. There will be approximately 50 cm between tables and 80 cm behind the table, however these figures may vary depending on your location.

  • If you ordered a table with a back wall, it will be at least 160 CM wide and 2 meters tall (in some positions it will be larger). If you have a back wall option you should use Blu Tack or Scotch Magic tape or string to fix posters etc. no nails or screws please. You will be charged if you damage the walls.

  • Tables will be in position when you arrive. You will receive one table and one chair and an A4 sign with your company's name on it.

  • Unless you have ordered a back wall you will be back to back with another table.

  • We suggest you bring a table cloth and decorate your table carefully.

Special conditions:

  • Visitors are not permitted to distribute promotional material on the floor. If you see someone doing this, please warn them and let us know as soon as possible.

  • You may not pack up your display until 5:00. No exceptions please.

  • We ask that you have no more than two representatives per table please.


Wifi is managed by the Kongresshaus and a card can be purchased at the front desk anytime during the expo. Expat-Expo GmbH does not offer support or guarantee a connection. If you have problems with the Wifi, please let us know at the front desk and we will give you the contact information for a representative from the Kongresshaus.

Prize drawings:

  • We recommend offering a prize drawing. It helps visitors to stop at your stand and encourage conversation and it also helps attract more visitors to the event.

  • If you would like to offer a prize drawing just send us an e-mail with the description text exactly as you would like it to read on the web page Please keep it as short as possible, 1 or 2 lines. We will post it on the web page and on the floorplan/events sheet we hand out during the expo.

  • Prize drawings must be conducted at your table and you are responsible for delivering the prize to the customer. The best way is to print some small registration slips with name, address phone etc.. Have the visitors fill them out and drop them into a box. At the end of the day draw the winners and contact them directly after the event.

  • Notification: There are so many prize drawings occurring at the expos now that we can no longer handle making announcements over the intercom, so we ask you to please contact your winners directly.

Help us spread the word:

Expat-Expo is a grass-roots event and we have taken a very different approach to marketing by offering a very affordable exhibitor fees and in return our exhibitors must work hard to inform their customers of the event. We are all relying on you to contact your clients and let them know about Expat-Expo, without this community spirit we simply couldn't exist. Now is the perfect time to send out a quick e-mail and mention Expat-Expo and your participation to all of your business associates, friends and family.

Name tags:

We do not supply name tags. Please bring your own.


About a month before the expo we will send you 60 postcard size flyers for you to give to clients and friends. If you need more just let us know and we will send them to you.
