Our pricing depends on several things...

The type of company you are...
Unregistered company: Philanthropic organisations and Swiss businesses that are not registered with the Swiss Department of Commerce qualify for a CHF100 per table discount. If you are not sure if you are registered, please visit www.zefix.ch and type in your company name. Please note: Philanthropic does not mean the same thing as non-profit. By philanthropic we mean organisations that exist solely to help people in need and are entirely privately funded by donations and grants and DO NOT charge fees, admissions, memberships, tuition or sell tickets or products. Table fee is CHF 195

Registered company: For businesses that are registered with the Swiss Department of Commerce and also for foreign companies. The "Registered Company" category also includes membership or fee-charging organizations like social clubs, schools and universities and theater groups. Registered companies pay the table fee as it is listed in our store. Table fee is CHF 295

Financial company: This category applies to insurance companies or insurance brokers, investment companies, stock, currency and commodities traders, financial advisers and banks. Financial companies pay a CHF150.- surcharge for each table ordered. Table fee is CHF 445. *Limited availability. Please note that we reserve the right to decline any registration submissions. Thank you for your understanding.
 

The type of table you choose...

We have two types of tables. 

Standard tables: Standard tables are indicated by the black and white Expat Expo logos below.

Premium tables: These tables are close to the entrance, and cost CHF100 extra. Premium tables are indicated by the coloured Expat Expo logos below

The features the table might have...

Because of their position, some tables have back wall or corner features that cost extra and cannot be removed.

Back wall tables: Indicated in blue lettering on the Expat Expo logos below. CHF100 extra 

Corner tables: Indicated in red lettering on the Expat Expo logos below. CHF50 extra

Optional extras...

Electricity: Is available but is it not included in the table price. CHF 50 extra.

Expat Expo has been helping small and medium size businesses get their feet on the ground since 2006. We invite you to show your support and become a proud sponsor.

We have three levels of sponsorship:

Bronze Sponsor

Your company logo-link will appear on the city page in the Bronze Sponsor box.
CHF 150 + VAT

Silver Sponsor

Your company logo-link will appear on the city page in the Silver Sponsor box. Your promotional material is placed in the giveaway visitor bags. This can include brochures, and/or promotional items such as mints, pens, USB-sticks etc. Your framed A4 logo and promotional materials are placed on the Sponsor table near the entrance of the Expat Expo, for all visitors to see on entry.

CHF 700 + VAT

Gold Sponsor

Your company logo-link will appear on the city page in the Gold Sponsor box. Your promotional material is placed in the giveaway shopping bags. This can include brochures, and promotional items such as mints, pens etc. Your framed A4 logo and promotional materials are placed on the Sponsor table near the entrance of the Expat Expo. You may bring a roll-up banner or similar to be placed behind the Sponsor table at visitor entry. Your logo will be on our flyers and posters, posted both online and physically. Possibility to publish a guest post/article on our Facebook Expat Expo Group and Page, complete with links to your website and social media.

Note: Sponsorships may be purchased without a table if you do not desire to exhibit.
